New Camp series (سریال نیوکمپ) directed by Manouchehr Hadi and written by Babak Kaidan is produced in Iran. This series is in the comedy genre. In this series, actors such as Iman Safa, Farzad Farzin, Bahram Afshari, Hamed Anghi, Leila Otadi, etc. have played roles.
The story of the series is that a family bets on the match between Iran and Argentina to escape from a financial crisis. They get huge money if Iran wins or draws, but Lionel Messi’s 92nd minute goal ruins everything.
The script of this series was written by Babak Kaidan based on a design by Bahram Afshari. This series was originally supposed to be made by Kamal Tabrizi, but the prolongation of the pre-production stages made the investor decide to change the director.
